-Barbara J. Avard, Administrator, CHARLOTTE FIREFIGHTERS’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM I would like to thank you and compliment the IMN staff on the excellent presentation of the 2008 Super Bowl of Indexing Conference held at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, Arizona between December 7th-10th. -Gerald Garrett, Planning Officer, TULSA FIRE Thank you very much for the invitation. It was a very rewarding experience!
I particularly enjoyed the academic presenters, who almost without exception gave very thought provoking and grounded presentations that I will long remember and will be helpful in my role as a Trustee. Whaley and Schiller are two who come to mind with very topical and interesting subjects.
I must also mention that I was glad to have the opportunity to meet several very interesting attendees, and our discussions in some cases went way beyond indexing. I learned a lot.
-James Fleming, Vice Chair, ALBERTA TEACHERS RETIREMENT FUND BOARD The Super Bowl of Indexing was a well attended conference with many dynamic speakers. I would recommend this conference to anyone in the financial community.

The interpersonal exchanges with speakers, other delegates and current academic researchers are so valuable ...impacting your thought processes for issues facing any plan trustee.
-Dr. Michal Foriest Settles, Business Professor, CITY COLLEGE OF SAN FRANCISCO I can say without hesitation this was the most beneficial and enjoyable conference I have attended since I started on the Kansas City Missouri pension board. It was organized, meaningful, had some key speakers and you couldn't find a more beautiful surrounding.
-Phil Snowden, Trustee, KANSAS CITY EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM I would like to take this moment to say that the Super Bowl of Indexing was a remarkable experience. The booths also were a good source of information giving a variety of US and International vendors the opportunity to share valuable material.

Each year it seems as though the planners of the Super Bowl have gone through the minutes of our investment meetings to discover the issues we've been wrestling with.
